The LEAH Institute

About Us

“We Inspire at-promise girls and women to Believe they can Lead”

LEAH is a Faith-based efficacy program that specializes in providing leadership, empowerment, advocacy, and health initiatives to at-promise, underrepresented and marginalized girls and women.

LEAH provides girls and women with biblical solutions to Leadership, Empowerment, Advocacy, Health and Hope. This is accomplished through one-on-one counseling, small groups, churches, workshops and discussion forums. We engage women to seek kingdom-minded solutions for everyday living.

Mission Statement

Our mission at LEAH is to serve as a catalyst to connect women to their personal and professional leadership potential.

Vision

To assist women in permanently unfettering the chains of a dysfunctional life cycle to rebuild their future.

The Business

I will praise thee: for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. - Psalm 139:14

We provide one-on-one lay and biblical coaching and counseling and professional leadership training in the areas of business, career, education, life-coaching, communications: professional speaking, advocacy, and health and wellness. We train women to imagine and articulate better possibilities for their future and for LIFE.

Who was Leah?

It's not on the Outside, but Inside Strong!

Considered in the bible as the "unvalued" sister to Rachel, Leah was rejected in favor of Rachel who was considered more beautiful. God, however, planned and purposed Leah's life for a divine plan for his design for humanity.

Like Leah, God wants you to celebrate your uniqueness and become the woman he has called you to be.

Why not start today, join LEAH and let us help you reveal the treasure GOD designed to be revealed.

  • Genesis 29:31

God who sees our pains and struggles will bless us through our circumstances.

Leadership Potential

Discover your ability to fulfill it.

Leaders are not born as leaders but created. This is why your leadership potential is not based on ancestry, or physical attributes or social-economic status. Instead, it has to do with the Power of God in you.
God's power works within us to deliver the work He requires of us.
We can't imagine the level of leadership God wants us to achieve.
As a LEAH graduate, you learn to appreciate that the most attractive part of you lies not outside but within.

Always know that you are amazing beyond measure!
